Free in-office maintenance and service comes with every hearing aid we sell at The Hearing Garden for two years. We encourage ongoing cleaning and maintenance after your hearing aid purchase to ensure you receive optimum performance and benefit from your hearing aid(s). Regular annual hearing aid check-ups and deep cleaning at The Hearing Garden are recommended.
We want to re-evaluate your fitting one week, two weeks and two months, 6 months and one year after you receive new hearing aids, more if needed. The hearing aids we provide come with a factory warranty for loss, damage and repair. Most warranties last three-years. A few have a one- or two-year warranty.
A hearing test provides the raw data for everything we do at The Hearing Garden. The hearing test is conducted within a sound booth, using audiometric equipment. An individual’s pure tone thresholds as well as speech reception and other important communication parameters are tested. A thorough test helps us fit the most effectively. We discover any medical component of hearing loss if one exists, in which case we make a medical referral.
